Responsibilities
Monitor team of Telecalling executives & field executives for selling pre approved & pre qualified Auto loan to internal customers
Close interaction with other retail asset telesales team for cross sell auto loan.
Meeting expected conversion & penetration on the pre approved customer base.
Ensuring the budgeted productivity per workstation are met.
Meeting the core Auto loan & cross sell targets.
Effectively maintaining relationships with dealers & channel partners.
Regular product & policy training for Telecallers, field executives.
Close focus on logins, approval rates, FTNR & reject.
Daily interaction with the credit buyer.
Daily back calling on not interested, not contacable as wel as Interest shown customers.
Take corrective measures on low productive telecallers & bring them up the performance curve.
