Job Description:

This is a HR Generalist position for our India Head-office in Pune (Maharashtra). Employment is direct contract initially for one year with TIBCO. The position reports to the HR Manager in Pune.

This is a position involving HR Operations (non-recruitment) including, but not limited to:

1. New hire documentation and on-boarding

2. Administer benefits (insurances, PF, Gratuity, etc)

3. Attendance & Leave accounting and management, maintain leave records

4. Inventory management of new hire kit

5. Coordinate with teams for various employee social activities

6. Work with HR vendors (new hire kit, attendance system, employee socials)

7. Prepare and maintain various HR reports and data

8. Assist in various HR activities as and when required

Desired Profile:

* MBA in HR with 0-2 years of HR generalist and post recruitment experience

* Joining within 2-3 Weeks of the offer

* Prior experience working with a software multi-national company is required

* Male candidates preferred.

* Superlative communication is mandatory

* Exposure to local statutory compliances is preferred
